CLUB SETS THE FEES
The organisation, club or team creates the event (season player fee, club function etc) including fee amount, registration and final instalment payment date. The link is then issued to players to either pay in full or set up a payment plan.

PLAYER REGISTRATIONS
Upon receiving the event link, the player (or parent) can now register and pay online either in full or on a plan. If a plan is selected, they can choose the frequency - weekly, fortnightly or monthly - and commencement date. This allows them to work around individual payment cycles and circumstances.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT COLLECTION
Secure, automated payments and reminders mean no more chasing, awkward follow-ups or manual admin. Payments are directly linked to the clubs nominated bank account. All registrations will be visible in real time on the organisation/club Cradle Pay Sports dashboard.

How do the payment plans work?
Clubs and leagues set the total fees and players can choose to pay upfront or spread the cost across weekly, fortnightly, or monthly installments. Payments are processed automatically, so no one has to chase or remember due dates.
Is there a cost to the club or league to use Cradle Pay Sports?
No upfront costs. Our small transaction fee is included in each payment, so there’s no extra admin or hidden charges for clubs. We only succeed when you do.
What happens if a player falls behind on payments?
We handle it with care. Cradle Pay Sports follows up directly with the player or parent to find a solution whether it’s a catch-up plan or alternative arrangement. No awkward conversations for clubs.
Is this secure?
Yes. Cradle Pay Sports uses bank-grade security and is powered by Stripe, a globally trusted payment provider. All data and payments are encrypted and fully protected.
Can we still accept full payments upfront?
Absolutely. Some players may prefer to pay everything at once and they can. Our platform simply gives more options to those who need flexibility.
