Cradle Pay “First Access” $1,000 Travel Voucher Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Cradle Pay Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
a) Entry is open to members of the TradieWives First Access Group who are Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
b) Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements
a) To enter, participants must:
i. Be one of the first 100 users to sign up for a Cradle Pay account.
ii. Secure their first payment using Cradle Pay within one month of the platform’s official launch date (exact date to be confirmed).
b) Only one entry per business is permitted.
4. Promotion Period
a) The promotion begins on 10 February 2025 and ends 14 April 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
b) The platform launch date will be communicated to eligible participants via email or other official channels.
5. Prize Details
a) The prize consists of a $1,000 travel voucher, which the winner may choose as either:
• A $1,000 Airbnb gift card OR
• A $1,000 Riparide gift card
b) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
a) The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 15 April 2025.
b) The draw will take place at Cradle Pay’s office.
c) The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw.
d) If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
7. Prize Delivery
a) The travel voucher will be delivered to the winner via email within 14 days of confirming their acceptance.
8. General Conditions
a) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
b) The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
c) The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
9. Privacy
a) By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway.
b) The Promoter will not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent.
c) Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting enquiries@cradlepay.com
10. Liability Disclaimer
a) The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this promotion or the acceptance of the prize.
b) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Airbnb or Riparide.
11. Regulatory Compliance
a) This competition complies with Australian Consumer Law and any applicable state regulations.
b) If a permit is required in any Australian state or territory, the Promoter will obtain the necessary approvals before conducting the draw.
